2026 CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Every new University Park homeowner is required to purchase and maintain a Club membership. The membership purchase must be finalized at least two weeks before the home’s closing date, and UPCC homeowners are not subject to membership waitlists.

Additional costs: A $150 application fee plus tax applies to new memberships. Homeowner capital dues are 5% of dues and passes. The annual food-and-beverage minimum is $450 for a single membership and $900 for a family membership.
Dues are subject to 7% Florida sales tax. Memberships are annual, even when monthly dues are selected. Dues, fees and availability may change; annual dues, capital dues, passes and the food-and-beverage minimum are prorated by calendar year.

Under the proposal, homeowners who are Florida residents by December 31, 2026 may qualify for the increased exemption immediately. Those who become residents after that date may have to wait until their fifth year of homestead eligibility.
